The members of the teams must learn to manage their conflicts in order to be effective. We use different coaching tools (eg, ORSC, Belvin …) to manage conflicts and make the team grow.
TECHNICAL COACHING
Software development needs adequate engineering practices. We help teams to raise the level of quality produced by introducing practices such as TDD or BDD, continuous integration and DevOps.
